I have spent a lot of time inside messy problems: websites that do not convert, CRM systems routing leads to nowhere, reports that technically answer a question but say nothing useful. Most of my career has been that. Not building from scratch. Finding what is not working and improving it.
Over time, a few books, a lot of reps in the gym, and a lot of trial and error have shaped how I actually approach problems. This is my attempt to write it down.
I have learned, slowly and usually the annoying way, that being stuck is not the same thing as failing.
I'm a digital experience and marketing professional with a background in B2B, construction, industrial, ecommerce, and service-based businesses. Most of my work has centered on helping companies make their websites, CRM systems, content, campaigns, and reporting work together in a clearer, more useful way.
I like solving messy problems, finding the simple thread in complicated systems, and building things that help people make better decisions.
Outside of work, I'm a father, reader, golfer, and lifter. I'm drawn to practical ideas, honest communication, and good design.

Over time, books, training, design, technology, and a lot of trial and error have shaped a simple way I try to approach problems.

Claude The Great has finished its march of conquest on busy work. Now what?
